MoveCalcLab is deliberately privacy-light: the calculators run in the browser and no analytics or advertising scripts are installed.
Calculator data
Values entered into calculators are processed locally in your browser by JavaScript and are not submitted to MoveCalcLab by the site.
Service providers
We may use service providers to operate, secure and maintain the website. They may process limited technical information as necessary to provide those services.
Contact messages
When you send a message, we store your name, email, topic, optional page URL and message to review and respond to your enquiry. Messages are retained for 90 days, with deletion during the next service cleanup. A keyed, non-reversible representation of your network address is used for short-lived spam rate limits; it is not stored with your message. Calculator inputs are not included unless you choose to put them in your message.
Advertising and analytics
MoveCalcLab does not currently use advertising or analytics services.
If we introduce advertising, analytics or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

MoveCalcLab does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technologies may be used where necessary to operate and secure the website. If non-essential cookies or similar technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent controls will be provided where required.

Local calculator plans and preferences
Unit preference and calculated box quantities, volume and material quantities are stored in this browser using localStorage. Plans expire after 30 days; the unit preference remains until browser site data is cleared. Values stay on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. Use Clear imported plan / Reset in any calculator to remove the saved plan, or clear this site’s browser data to remove both plan and preference. Private browsing or blocked storage may prevent handoffs. Contact form messages are handled separately as described above.
